Who is the administrator for the organization, and what is their role?FAQ Beachbody Fundraising
You will need to choose an adult that is 18-years or older to be the administrator for the fundraiser. The administrator will need to manage the Beachbody Coach Non-profit business center (website, account updates, etc). An event chairperson or fundraiser coordinator can act as the administrator.

What is the message from the organization to their members?
This can be communicated as the healthy alternative fundraiser where members can get healthy and fit—a win-win for everyone.

Who are the Payments Made To?
The money you earn will be paid weekly to the name of the charitable organization. You can also choose direct deposit and the checks will go directly into the account of the organization.

How Do We Get Started?
First you will need to fill out a Non-profit application which I will provide for you
Second, provide proof of 501(c) status (IRSruling letter orIRSruling determination)

Once those forms have been provided, you will be up and running with your live website within a few days, many times much sooner.

Does the organization need to maintain active status?
It is not necessary to maintain monthly active status, unless the organization chooses to participate in the team cycle bonus.

Can the organization personally sponsor Coaches?
Yes. If someone wants to sign up as a Coach under the organization, they can.For examples, parents or members can sign up as coaches under the non-profit organization.

Can the organization get customer leads?
Yes, if the organization meets all of the lead qualifications and has an administrator, Upline or Downline, and willing to service the customer, they are eligible for customer leads.
